7.1.1 Documentation

The documentation for a gas analytical system supplied by the manufacturer when applying for type evaluation shall include the following information:

1. a description of its general principle of measurement;

2. a list of its essential components with their characteristics;

3. a description of its essential components with drawings and diagrams;

4. general information on the software used as part of the gas analytical system;

5. a description of the formula applied for calculation of mass emission components;

6. the operating manual to be provided to the user;

7. details and results of any testing which may have been carried out by the manufacturer.
