C.6 Suspension or withdrawal of a certificate

The certificate should be suspended or withdrawn in the following cases according to the rules of the designated body:

  1. non-resolution of non-compliance with the stated requirements;

  2. two or more non-compliances with the same element of the scheme or stated requirements for prepackages; or

  3. any non-compliance that the designated body considers necessary.
