A packer should designate a person or persons to have the authority and responsibility for the implementation and maintenance of the production system.

A.2.2

The production system should be audited and reviewed annually and updated as appropriate under the responsibility of the designated person.

A.2.3

Documented procedures should be established for

1. recording non-conformances raised,

2. recording corrective action taken to eliminate a recurrence,

3. evaluating and recording the effectiveness of corrective actions taken,

4. closing out of non-conformances, and

5. disposal of non-conforming prepackages.
